Parting from a spouse who does not pray and whose goodness is very less

If she was my own blood sister then I would have separated them before a very long time. There is no need for a righteous woman in a man whose goodness is very less and his evil is a lot. And Allah عز وجل knows best.

The one who did not practise any obligation for a lot of years

Wife demands divorce with compensation after husband was caught having extra marital affairs

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته 

The woman has the right to demand separation from her husband if adultery is proven . This applies even if he repents and it is so for several reasons which includes her fear that he will fall into it again or perhaps some disease will occur on his side , and other reasons .  And he has to bear these consequences since he is the one who is responsible for all this and may Allah عز وحل accept his repentance and replace him with another wife .

 ًًًWith regards to compensation for the husband or the wife , it is better to take the issue to the Shari’ah Judge in your country or whoever is equivalent to him so that he may judge depending on the circumstances of this case .
