What is the ruling on the one who has not prayed for years and has not fullfilled any of the obligations of being a Muslim. This was done out of not caring whatsoever and being caught up in the Dunya. Is this person obliged now to make up all the Ramadans he has missed or is sincere repentance and beginning to fulfil his obligations enough along with increasing in Nawafil deeds such as fasting Mondays and Thursdays and praying all the Sunnah prayers etc?
