When and how to recite the Dua before sexual intercourse ? 

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

In the Hadith of Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه , the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said : “If anyone of you, when having sexual intercourse with his wife, says : بِسْمِ الله اللّهُـمَّ جَنِّبْنا الشَّيْـطانَ، وَجَنِّبِ الشَّـيْطانَ ما رَزَقْـتَنا  Bismillah, Allahumma jannibnish-Shaitan wa jannibish-Shaitana ma razaqtana, and if it is destined that they should have a child, then Satan will never be able to harm him.” ( Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 94 )

In our religion there is nothing called reciting in the heart . Every invocation has to be recited on the tongue with a voice. Therefore, this Dua has to be said out to the extent that the person moves his tongue with it or hear it for himself.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم only told us to recite this Dua before intercourse whether she is in a condition of pregnancy or not. But if some one were to ask what is the benefit of saying this Dua while doing intercourse during her pregnancy , giving the reason that this Dua is only for the child , we answer that there are many reasons and one of them is sticking and adhering to the Sunnah of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and getting the reward for this.

And Allah عز وجل knows best .

Case (2) Even if I relieve myself , I cannot relieve completely and sometimes there is leakage of stool beyond my control and the leakage is very minimal but it stains on the underwear. Can I pray with impurities on my underwear ? I keep on changing each time and this is causing me hardships and sometimes I'm in university and hence can't carry extra or additional clothes to change along with me . Also is my Wudhu valid in such a case ?

Case (3) Everytime I relieve myself there is an urge to relieve again in the next three to four hours and there is some relief in the first two hours or so and then there is again gas forming . 
Can I pray with a single Wudhu after time has occurred ? 

Case (4) After relieving myself for the second time , there is a period of peace where I don't feel gas if I indulge or busy myself in some duty, but when I pray I have gas problems during Sujood , Rukoo , Tashahud and its likes because of the position.  Can I pray with one Wudhu here as well ? This happens everytime and I try to withhold the gases to the best of my ability.

Please help my issue. This is causing a lot of hardship upon me , and I feel very pathetic upon the illness I am having. I can't concentrate in Salah because of holding on to my gases. When I feel too helpless , I have Waswas  from Shaytan telling me bad things about Islam.  I also have urinary incontinence for fifteen to twenty mins after each time I relieve myself from urine , so for all these problems I maintain two sets of dresses one for prayer and other for general use , can I keep washing and drying them, this is a burden upon me . But when I go to the university I can't change clothes easily.

When the pain of illness is more , my mind becomes pathetic, I can't channel my thoughts, I can't have Taqwa and I can't lower my gaze and end up sinning . Please advice me.
