Is it Wajib for us to say the Bismillah and seek refuge in Allah عز وجل from the Shaytan (Istiaada) in the beginning of every single Rakah or is it sufficient to just say it once in the beginning? Also it is necessary when reciting a Surat after Al Fatihah?
