Advice regarding controlling anger

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته 

She must learn how to control her anger. Therefore, I advise her if she feels angry to do the following :  Firstly , she should seek protection from the Shaytan by doing Istiaadha " أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم".  Secondly ,  she should stay away from the subject of anger by leaving the place or the topic etc. Thirdly , she should go and perform Wudhu based on the advise of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم .  Fourthly , she should do Istigfaar to Allah عز وجل . Fifthly , she should  make a lot of Dua and ask Allah عز وجل to grant you good manners and behaviours. 

Finally , it is better for you , my sister , to learn how to control your anger. Otherwise , I promise you that you will find from your children and your husband the exact thing you are doing to your parents..! And regretting at that time will be of no use because your loss is great . You would have lost your parents by that time and have lost your children too ! Fear Allah عز وجل and do your best to change this dangerous behavior.
