What is the ruling on a woman cutting or tying her tubes because of the surgeries being detrimental to her life? She has been having kids consecutively and went through C section deliveries because she is unable to push because of cervix issues and the doctors have deemed continuing these surgeries to be dangerous but she does not want to fall under not relying upon Allah عز وجل.
