A question from my friend: He performs the Witr prayer and in his last Rakat he does the Takbir and does the Qunoot before going to Ruku. After he finishes the Qunoot he goes to Ruku and continues with the normal way of performing the Salah. He wants to know is this the correct way of performing the Witr prayer and doing Qunoot in it. I thought Qunoot should be done only after coming back from Ruku. So what is the correct ruling in this? Is there any difference of opinion between the Madhahib in this issue ?
