With regards to the Hadith that mentions that the best position of the Izaar is that it should be until the half of the shin, is this restricted to the lower clothing like Izaar, Sirwaal etc. or is this also applicable to the upper clothing like Thawb, Khamees? Or is it better to have the Thawb longer as long as it is above the ankles?
