Ustad, I am into a restaurant business since 2013 and have not succeeded yet. But I believe Allah عز وجل will give everything in the right time. I have a partner who believes in Sihr and other things. He always says that we have been cursed by t he staffs we terminated and this is why our business is not succeeding. However the reason I did that is because they were not dedicated to their work. My question is why do people curse each other ? And does this really affect the business ? But I have learned that Allah عز وجل knows best and any good or bad it is from Allah عز وجل only.
