Umar رضي الله عنه said: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم used to say when breaking his fast: “ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الأجر إن شاء الله The thirst is gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.” .
