It is a fact that taking vaccines in general is one of the medical treatments to prevent a lot of dangerous diseases and that is why the Ulemah legalized it in general. And about these cases which you mentioned that in which vaccinations caused disability or death, then this cannot be compared to the amount of benefit that we get from it. We have to compare the harms and benefits of every specific vaccine. For example in Yemen the cases of Poliomyelitis were too much until they conducted vaccinations and the cases reduced by 80 to 90%. So how can we ask the people to avoid vaccinations based on a very few cases in which it caused harm ? So from here you can know why the Ulemah legalized it. It is because it does not conflict with having Tawakkul upon Allah عز وجل and because the benefits of these vaccines are much more compared to its harms if any. And Allah عز وجل knows best.
