Should we say the Dua : اللّهُمَّ أَهِلَّـهُ عَلَيْـنا بِالأمْـنِ وَالإيمـان، والسَّلامَـةِ والإسْلام، رَبّي وَرَبُّكَ الله only when we see the Hilal or also if we hear about the Hilal ?
