Is the concept of hating the sin but not the sinner Islamic ?

Does the concept of " Hate the sin but not the sinner " exist in Islam ? For example , a Muslim propagating an incorrect understanding of something openly and when corrected and advised with the understanding of the Salaf he rejects that advice , or a man who shaves his beard or a woman who does not the wear the Hijab correctly according to the Shari'a . Is it permissible to dislike a person because of the acts of disobedience and misguidance they are upon ?
