وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته If the reading is so fast to the point that the reciter does not apply the rules of recitation as it should , even at the least amount, then this is what Allah عز وجل has forbidden in the Quran in His saying { لَا تُحَرِّكۡ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعۡجَلَ بِهِۦۤ } " Move not your tongue concerning (the Qur'an, O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to make haste therewith. [ 75 : 16 ] " . Also such recitations were rejected by the companions like Ibn Masoud رضي الله عنه when he heard it from some reciters. And Allah عز وجل knows best .
