In summary making such contracts , whether in the context of marriage or buying and selling, is considered valid if agreed upon by the people who are involved however with the condition there is no fear of betrayal , cheating and fraud during the contract and it is done in this way only out of necessity , because attendance by phone is as reliable as real attendance provided the above mentioned conditions are met. Since the purpose of attendance is for the person to inform and testify about himself with consent and acceptance , it is permissible to do it in such ways , and this is the opinion of Shayk Ibn Baz and others in this issue .And with any doubt , the best way is to use the agency instead of such online meets to go out of the dispute which occurred between the Ulemah , especially if marriages in this way are not taken into account like how it is in some countries like Malaysia .
