Befriending Jews and Christians is considered wrong and to be avoided in Islam but what if an Islamic person or an Islamic country takes those people as allies for temporary reasons with good intention in order to avoid some big Fitnah in future , is it considered permissible in order to protect the rights of the Muslims and Islam or should it be avoided completely ?
