Text Answer
That which is obligatory when you do Rukoo and Sujood is to remember and mention the name of Allah عز وجل whether by way of Tasbeeh or Dua or both , and there is nothing wrong if you say it as many times as you can .
So mentioning the name of your Lord , In the Rukoo and Sujood is obligatory as it came in the narration of Uqbah bin Amir رضي الله عنه who said ' When { فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ } "Glorify the name of your mighty Lord" was revealed, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Use it when bowing, and when { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى } } "Glorify the name of your most high Lord" was revealed, he said: Use it when prostrating yourself. ' So there is no limit to its maximum number because the text in the Shari’ah is open and not restricted.
And the majority of scholars rejected keeping the number less than three especially for the Imam , because in such case the prayer is performed in a state of haste , and whoever comes late to the prayer cannot catch up with the congregation also because of the hadith of Abdullah Ibn Masood رضي الله عنه in it however the scholars did not authenticate this Hadith because of its weak chain.
Therefore many from the people of knowledge say that the minimum number that is obligatory is one , and a more complete way of fulfilling this obligation is by way of three, and if you do it more than three times then it is good for you .
And for your information, it is an issue that Imam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله investigated , so review the research if you wish . It is a beneficial research and is found in his Majmoo Fatawa and Allah knows best
